Prishtina, 24 March 2025 – The exhibition “TESTAMENT” is set to open as a powerful testimony to the identity, resilience, and success of the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities in Kosovo. The opening will take place at Galeria Qahili on 27 March, starting at 7:00 PM. 

The exhibition’s opening reception, “Testament” will be on Thursday, 27 March, starting at 7:00 P.M. at Galeria Qahili.

The organisation “Voice of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians” is proud to organise and host “TESTAMENT”, an event that places at its core the stories of identity, resilience, and success from within the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities in Kosovo.

Bridging the past with the present, the “TESTAMENT” exhibition sheds light on the stories and portraits of 20 professionals from these communities who, through their talent, dedication, and hard work, have challenged and continue to challenge stereotypes and prejudices, while contributing to a more inclusive society.

This exhibition is a call for reflection and awareness – a testimony to the courage it takes to stand “VERTICALLY”, as emphasised in its central message.

Participating in this exhibition is a recognition of our collective efforts to highlight the importance of diversity and equality in our society.
